Returns & exchanges
Standard-size, unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Made-to-measure, customised and altered pieces cannot be returned. Exchanges are offered where stock allows. Contact client care to start a return or exchange.

A tracking link is emailed at dispatch and appears in your account order history. Enter your order number there to see the latest carrier update.

How long do made-to-measure gowns take?+
Allow 8–12 weeks for production, plus shipping. If your date is sooner, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — a tracking link is emailed when your parcel is dispatched, and tracking also appears in your account order history.
Do you charge duties and taxes?+
Duties, VAT and import taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless shown otherwise at checkout.
What if my gown needs alterations?+
Most brides have a final fitting locally. Order to your largest measurement and tailor down, or choose custom measurements.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Accepted methods are displayed at checkout once the payment provider is configured for this store.
Can I return a custom gown?+
No — made-to-measure and customised pieces are cut for you and are final sale. Standard sizes may be returned within 14 days.
