Product information
We aim to describe each piece — fabric, embellishment, silhouette, neckline, train and lining — as accurately as possible. Because gowns are heavily embellished and often hand-finished, small variations in beadwork placement, appliqué and shade are inherent to the craft. Screen colour rendering may also differ from the finished garment.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. We may change prices, promotions and collections at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. Order confirmation is sent by email once accepted.
Payments
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our third-party payment processor unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping
We ship from the United States domestically and internationally. Delivery windows shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on production, carrier performance and customs clearance. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Custom orders
Made-to-measure and customised pieces are produced to the measurements and specifications you supply and confirm in writing. Please review confirmed measurements carefully — once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged.
Returns
Standard-size, unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Made-to-measure, customised, altered and final-sale items are not returnable.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, standard-size items may be exchanged for a different size or colour within the return window, subject to availability and price difference. Contact client care to arrange an exchange before returning anything.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, photography, text, graphics and the Beads & Gemz name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Beads & Gemz LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beads & Gemz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
